SHIPPING
All UK orders received with cleared payment, before 2.00pm, and in stock will be despatched for
delivery within two working days. Next day delivery is available at £8.50. Saturday and before noon deliveries can be arranged, please ask for a quote. Our standard carriage charges are £6.50.
Please note that due to courier surcharges some outlying areas of the UK may cost more. We are working to remove these surcharges and additional charges will NOT be made without informing you first.
Overseas orders will be quoted on an individual basis, BFPO sent by Royal Mail.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted from most credit or debit cards by telephone, email or post. Cheques by post; payable to Kit Monster, cash MUST be sent by registered post. All postal orders must include a copy of your order. Cheques require a minimum of 7 days to clear before despatch. You may reserve your order by email or telephone for 7 days pending postal payment. Your credit card details are protected from fraud by our secure server.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any purchase you may return it within 7 days, in original packaging and unused, for exchange or refund. Please note that our carriage costs will not be refunded. Exchanges received outside this period will be subject to a further minimum carriage charge of £7.50, refunds will not be granted beyond this period.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that we supply an item incorrectly a complete refund or exchange will be given.
We recommend that all returns be insured, Kit Monster will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please call before sending returns.
Legal
UK law will apply in all instances in relation to this site, and any transactions, disputes or complaints relating to this site.
Under European Union regulations, individual buyers have the right to cancel their orders within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the buyer chooses to cancel their order, they will have their payment returned. Please see our returns policy above for further details regarding returns. All returns should be made to our retail address, not our registered office address.
